NorCal SVTOA / Green Flag Driving
The Barber Driving Experience will be participating with NorCal SVTOA and Green Flag Driving the weekend of November 24 and 25th. This is a Ford only event.

Some things that I would like you all to be aware of:
1. They are requiring a helmet rating of Snell 95 or newer.
2. All drivers and passengers must wear nomex gloves.
3. There are no roll cages required for convertibles!
The event is $225 per day or $410 for both days.
They are allowing payment via Paypal (montereyracer@aol.com) or at the day of the event. (There are no credit cards accepted at the track – only cash or check.)
The Barber Driving Experience will be on hand for this track event. If you are requesting instruction from us we are charging our usual rate of $250 a day. Be ready for a fun day of instruction at one of the funnest tracks in California.
Please bring an empty box to store all loose items in your trunk and to remove your floor mats.

SVTOA / Speed Trial USA
SVTOA has reserved a run group with speedtrialusa.com at the Streets of Willow for December 1. Saturday is Fords only. All Fords are welcome. The SVTOA will have at least 3 instructors on hand to help with the beginners and intermediate group. They will also be able to help out advanced drivers upon request. The cost to run for Saturday only is $121.00. This event is limited to 25 cars for the SVTOA run group. The event is about half full at this time so register early so you don't get left out!

Any students requesting instruction from us can contact us directly by sending us an email at allancrocket@barberdrivingexperience.com or dawn@barberdrivingexperience.com, please remember that if you are interested in this event, that it is limited to a number of 25 through the SVTOA, but you may be able to register through Speed Trial USA if they are full. Open Track Racing/GT 500 Track Training Day
On September 8th, the Barber Driving Experience is partnering with Open Track Racing to provide the ultimate one day training specific to the needs of the GT 500 customer.
GT 500's are high horsepower, live axle, exotic cars. Burdened with 3900lb ground weight and suspension tailored to the cruising crowd, these cars provide unique challenges, more than offset by a very rewarding driving experience. Willow Springs International Raceway is the perfect place to allow these vehicles to shine!
For a once in a lifetime opportuninty to train with up to twenty of like cars, contact us for information or log onto www.opentrackracing.com for sign up information. Pricing for this particular event is $250 for the training plus the fee for Open Track Racing.
We are specially staffing this event with hand chosen, professional driving instructors.

Welcome and Congratulations to our newest owner of BDX 06,Tom Shandley!
You can see BDX 06 cruising the highways between California and Portland, Oregan and out at Portland International Raceway.
Modified Mustangs Magazine
We have several articles coming out within the next couple of months in Modified Mustangs Magazine. We wrote up on article on the Mustange Challenge Spec Car that Miller Motorsports Park is building along with their driving school. There are two types of posters, one has a picture of BDX 01, 03 and a Shelby and the other has a picture of the models in front of the cars. Please specify which one you would like. The models or the cars, thanks.
